Refund Policy
Last updated 4 August 2026
We want you to be happy with what you paid for. If a product isn't right for you, here's exactly how to get your money back.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Your first subscription purchase of any product is refundable in full within 14 days. No form to fill in and no justification required — email us and we'll process it.
This applies once per customer per product. It covers your initial purchase, whether you chose a monthly or an annual plan.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, email us within 72 hours of the charge and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription.
After 72 hours, we don't normally refund a renewal, but your cancellation takes effect immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell us — we'd rather sort it out than have you feel cheated.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@hformin.dev with the subject "Refund request" and include:
- the email address you used at checkout;
- the product and plan;
- the approximate date of the charge.
We aim to reply within two business days. Once approved, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method — banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it.
You can also request a refund directly through Paddle using the link in your purchase receipt.
4. Refunds are handled by Paddle
Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for all our sales, so refunds are issued by Paddle rather than by us directly. Paddle's buyer terms apply alongside this policy, and Paddle may approve a refund under its own buyer-protection rules even where this policy would not require one.
5. Fair use
This policy exists for people genuinely deciding whether a product fits. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding to get free access, bulk-exporting data before requesting a refund, or a breach of our terms and conditions.
These are rare cases and we will always explain our reasoning. If you think we've got it wrong, reply and tell us — a real person reads every email.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live. Consumers in the EU and UK, for instance, have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days, and those rights apply in addition to the guarantee described above.
