Billing
The boring questions, answered.
- Who charges my card?
- It depends how you pay. On card, Paddle.com is the merchant of record — your statement shows Paddle and their buyer terms apply alongside ours. Paying by mobile money in Cameroon, the charge comes through KwikNkap and Hformin is the seller.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription purchase, and renewals are refundable within 72 hours of the charge. Card refunds are issued by Paddle; mobile money refunds are issued directly by me.
- Do subscriptions renew automatically?
- They do, at the same price, until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing portal link in your receipt.
- What about tax?
- Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of tax. On card payments Paddle calculates and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. Mobile money payments are settled in XAF at the prevailing rate.
